- Once the vouchers are issued, they cannot be revised nor cancelled
- 3 days advanced purchase is required for all cakes and pastries in eShop
- The purchased items can be redeemed at Latitude 22 between 12:00-20:30 daily
- Larger sizes of cakes are available in specific items, for enquiries and orders, please contact restaurant directly
- Greeting messages limit to 16 Chinese characters or 40 English characters (including punctuations and spaces), emoji is not supported
- For food safety reasons, please keep the cakes and pastries refrigerated and consume by no more than 6 hours
- A valid voucher must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss, deface or damage
- Club LM members have to present a valid membership card upon redemption of offers to earn member points
- Vouchers cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or other goods
- Offers are not eligible for earning Marriott Bonvoy Points
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and discounts
- Vouchers must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time, invalid after expiration
- Vouchers can be used once only and shall be invalided upon redemption
