- Greeting messages limit to 16 Chinese characters or 40 English characters (including punctuations and spaces), emoji is not supported
- For food safety reasons, please keep the cakes and pastries refrigerated and consume by no more than 6 hours
- A valid voucher must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss, deface or damage
- Club LM members have to present a valid membership card upon redemption of offers to earn member points
- Vouchers cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or other goods
- Offers are not eligible for earning Marriott Bonvoy Points
