- Once the vouchers are issued, they cannot be revised nor cancelled
- Day passes are subject to availability
- Any form of personal training activities are not permitted in both gym
- In case of bad weather or private event, hotel has the right to adjust the operating time without further notice
- During GoGym's closure period for renovation, a membership extension will be provided equal to the duration of the gym closure. This extension will be automatically applied to the membership period and will be valid for the same type of membership and access level as stated in the original agreement
- The passes are non-transferrable and must be presented each time to access facilities
- The offer cannot be used in cojunction with any other promotional offers and discounts
- A valid voucher must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss, deface or damage
- Vouchers cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or other goods
- eShop orders are not eligible for earning Marriott Bonvoy Points
- Vouchers must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time, invalid after expiration
- Vouchers can be used once only and shall be invalided upon redemption
- It is not allowed to bring and consume food or drinks from outside
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport shall be final
