- Once the vouchers are issued, they cannot be revised nor cancelled
- Day passes are subject to availability
- Children's passes are only applicable for those aged 3-12; those aged 13 and above must purchase adult passes
- The Cabanas will be allocated on a first-come-first-saved basis
- In case of bad weather or private event, hotel has the right to adjust the operating time without further notice
- The passes are non-transferrable and must be presented each time to access facilities
- The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and discounts
- A valid voucher must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss, deface or damage
- Vouchers cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or other goods
- eShop orders are not eligible for earning Club LM or Marriott Bonvoy Points
- Vouchers must be redeemed and used on the selected date and time, invalid after expiration
- Vouchers can be used once only and shall be invalided upon redemption
- It is not allowed to bring and consume food or drinks from outside
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport shall be final
