Terms And Conditions

- The wine event is for adults only, children under 18 years of age are not allowed for the event
- Once the vouchers are issued, they cannot be revised nor cancelled
- All price are in HKD and already include a 10% service charge (based on original price)
- A valid voucher must be presented for redemption and will not be replaced in case of loss, deface or damage
- Vouchers cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or other goods
- Offers are not eligible for earning Marriott Bonvoy Points
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers and discounts
- Photos and videos of portrait works generated by photography and videography of all audiences are agreed to be used by the hotel, all portrait works are permitted by Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport
- Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport has the right to use the photos and videos that filmed during the party commercially, guests may find their portrait permanently in the online and offline platforms, PR, and advertising for the announcements and promotions of the event, original or edited form of PR, web, outdoor, digital advertising, and other videos for the announcement and promotion of the event
- In case of bad weather, hotel has the right to cancel the party or change the party venue without further notice
- In case of any postponement / cancellation due to bad weather condition, the ticket fees will be converted to F&B dining coupon with same value and valid for 1 year as from the date of the party
- The menus are subject to change without further notice
- All photos are for reference only
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Le Méridien Hong Kong, Cyberport shall be final
